Job Responsibilities
- Function as a technical coach and subject matter expert emphasizing Lean Six Sigma concepts, methods and tools.
- Analyze client requirements and research findings to develop and recommend solutions to business challenges.
-Help develop improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma concepts and methodologies.
-Plan and execute actions needed to implement approved solutions across the client organization.
-Communicate with client headquarters, field organization and other personnel on the status of planned and implementing activities.
-Research and understand client challenges and issues related to implementing a corporate management approach and related business problems.
-Conduct independent research to bring new ideas and solutions to the client's attention.
-Member of a team conducting studies and analyses on a variety of processes relating to installation management and construction management. These studies and analyses support policy development, capital budgeting and related resource allocation decisions, business process reengineering and improvement efforts in installation, public works, and construction management.
-Assist in effectively communicating the results of the studies and analyses to clients through written reports and oral presentations.
Job Qualifications
-Certified Master Black Belt (ASQ certified preferred) with 2 or more years experience.
-Superior communications skills, oral and written.
- BS in Civil, Industrial or Mechanical Engineering, Management Science, Operations Research, or other similar disciplines; Masters degree preferred.
