My Final Project

Hi friends! I'm going to finish the course very soon. For the end I'm making a project with my boyfriend and we are talking about Industrial Waste and how can we give Industrial Solutions for the problem, so we are working. Right now we did our group name's logo, we are called.

INDUSTRIAL ENGINEERING ROBOTS:

Our Slogan Is: "The world is in our hands" "The more contamination we cook today, the better disaster we eat tomorrow"
Also we have our own page, you have to check it out:

Group 2 Industrial Solution's Robots

As you can see I'm the leader (The leader is the responsable person that manage the group. It does not mean that the leader do the work alone but in last case he/she decides what to do. The leader has to make the workers comfortable to do the best work. Also he/she has to know clearly what to do and where to go before others tell), so I'm doing hard work, but don't worry, with my boyfriend, we are making a very good job.

THE PROBLEM:

Everything we eat, drink and wear, as well as our housing and all the refined products of our current civilization, spring originally from our basic natural resources and we are contiminating them.

METHODOLOGY

3 STEPS TO FIND A SOLUTION FOR INDUSTRIAL WASTE:
  • -FIND SOME INFORMATION AND POSSIBLE SOLUTIONS ABOUT INDUSTRIAL WASTE IN VENEZUELA AND SHARE IT IN ALL THE BLOGS WE CAN.
-
  • -WE ARE GOING TO MAKE A VIDEO TO CREATE CONSCIENCE IN THE INDUSTRIES, IN THEIR LEADERS AND IN ALL THE PEOPLE OF THE WORLD ABOUT THE PROBLEM OF INDUSTRIAL WASTE, AND THE VIDEO WILL BE SENT LIKE A PROPAGANDA.
-
  • -WE WOULD LIKE TO OFFER , FOR CONSIDERATION, A FEW SUGGESTIONS TO FELLOW INDUSTRIALIST.

OUR ENGINEERING SOLUTIONS:

1. Recognize pollution.

It is necessary that industry recognize pollution (as defined by law and good practices) when and where it exists and act in a positive manner toward abatement.

2. Control potential pollution before it happens.

It is necessary to educate the industries about the current contamination issues before they work.

3. Planning.

Each plant should know the waste load of each of its unit processes and its plant as a whole. Old processes in existing plants should be studied and remedial changes made if waste losses are excessive.

4. Cooperation within the industry.

Create a community between industries to try solving their common contaminations problems.

5. Community interest.

The workers must be interested in helping to reduce pollution during the job.

6. Personal Solution.

Make our video famous to industries and all the World.

JOB INTERVIEW TIPS

Hi mates! Here are some job interview tips, they are very important, so check them out.

A
job interview is a few minutes of small talk, meet and greet chatting and then getting into the meat of the interview which is, what is your background, education experience, how can you be of benefit to a company. The problem is, that some people get very nervous or they do not know what to do. I give you some tips:

· Always dress very professionally for every interview, it does not matter what position you want.

·The first thing you can do in an interview is to make a great impression, make eye contact, smile, and give a nice, firm handshake to your interviewer, nd don't forget to ask for the job before you leave.

· When more than one person is interviewing you, it's important to make sure that you adapt your communication style to both of those individuals, it is like giving a presentation or a speech to many people.

· The interviewer clearly knows what's not working in the interview. You can ask some question about how can you support your ideas for them.

· Employers are not allowed to ask any questions relating to ethnicity, family status, childbearing status, anything that relates to culture, gender, family status, anything like that.

· The end of the interview is where you really have the oppurtunity to shine, and the best way is to wait for that employer to ask you some questions, and you can answer giving them another question about taking the job because they won’t be waiting for something like that, but that is a perfect oportunity to make sure that you are taking the job.

· If an employer doesn't call you back after an interview, don't be shy about calling them. It's very important for you to be proactive about your career search. Don't wait. You have to be very sure at the interview that they remember your name.
